Below you will find the training dates for the September 2021 – August 2022 period. Please be aware that the gym will not be open on any dates outside of the ones stated on the timetable, which includes all bank holidays.

October Half Term Holiday Camp

Our 2021 Summer Holiday Camp was a SUCCESS!

But do we want to stop the fun there? Of course not! That’s why we have decided to run our holiday camp throughout October half term!

From Monday 25th October until Friday 29th October 2021 we will be packing even more fun and activities into our holiday camp schedule than ever. Tailored for kids aged between 4 – 12, each six-hour day will feature classes such as recreational cheer, ninja, musical theatre, arts & crafts and more!

At a cost of £30 per camper, per day, each child will get the chance to learn new skills, use state of the art equipment and receive food and drinks throughout the day.

We are so excited to be welcoming so many new faces onto holiday camp this summer.  Sorry if you missed out. The spaces were gone so quickly.

It has been a really busy week for us as the phone and email have been going non stop since we opened bookings on Friday.

If you missed out on holiday camp but would still like to give our classes a try please email and can set you up with a trial session as our full timetable of classes will be running throughout August.

New season 2020/2021

Here at MKCA we are working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that when our athletes return to training they are safe, supported and happy.


We are not holding formal tryouts for the beginning of the season as we feel it would be unfair and unsafe to expect athletes to perform skills they have not been able to practice consistently during the pandemic. We want to build the strength and confidence in our athletes so that they are able to attempt skills when they are mentally and physically ready.

The first month of the season will be an assessment month.  Athletes will be provisionally placed in a group where we feel they are likely to be suited. This will be based on previous knowledge of the athletes skills set or for new athletes attendance at an evaluation day.  During the month we will make adjustments to the teams where necessary to ensure the best possible fit for the athlete and the team.

Team levels will also be provisional, each team will have the flexibility to move up or down a level based on the first few months of training.  We will be deciding levels based on athletes level and where we think the teams will be most competitive.

Milton Keynes Cheerleading Academy (MKCA), are a non-profit community organisation, seeking support from local businesses.

Recognised as one of the UK’s most successful youth programs, as well as one of Britain’s best all- round cheerleading programmes.   MKCA’s mission is to inspire young people to reach their full potential. By providing the highest level of training and coaching, structured engagement in a team environment and offering excellent opportunities to develop leadership skills, our athletes are able to be successful in cheerleading and successful in life. Training sessions are open to participants of all ages and abilities, serving both recreational and competitive training purposes.
